3. AI-Generated Outputs

Outputs generated by AiServe AI are based on provided inputs and programmed logic. Users must review and verify outputs before relying on them for business decisions.

4. No Professional Advice

AiServe does not provide legal, medical, financial, or accounting advice. Any information provided is for operational assistance only.

5. Service Availability

While AiServe aims for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to internet, hosting, or third-party API dependencies.

6. Limitation of Liability

AiServe and its operating company shall not be liable for business losses, decisions, or damages arising from the use of the system.

7. Intellectual Property

All AiServe system design, prompts, dashboards, and AI workflows remain the intellectual property of the operating company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms is detected.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
